You can make a difference in your church home just by being the person God created you to be.

Who can serve? Everyone. The church family makes up the body of Christ and is the servant to those in need. What needs to be done? Needs of the church cover the spectrum. From lawn maintenance and office work to hospitality and benevolence. Where can you serve? Just follow your heart and embrace a task you want to do. Why should you serve? God created us on purpose for a purpose… to use our talents and gifts to serve God and others.

“Now you are the body of Christ, and

Service Opportunities:

Parking

    : Surely you have a few minutes before or after your service! The parking team is a great opportunity to serve the congregation by keeping us safe as we enter and exit the facility. If you can smile, wave, and look good in an orange vest, contact the church office or Greg Turner to join the team! This is a first serve opportunity- we are looking to recruit enough people that you would help out one or two weeks a month for one of the following windows:

    • Before First Service: Volunteers are needed to place cones and set up the parking signs. In the winter, we need help with snow removal. 9:00-9:30
    • Between first and second service- 10:40-11:10: Greet those entering and help them to find a spot. Direct the flow of traffic out the exit.
    • Between second and third service- 12:15-12:35: Greet those entering and help them to find a spot. Direct the flow of traffic out the exit.
    • After Third Service: Pack away the cones, put the signs and flags in the parking shed. Park the 4-wheeler in the garage out back and lock up.

Children’s Ministry:

Nothing is more important than influencing a generation to be authentic followers of Christ!  KidZKingdom team members make a difference in the lives of kids and their families. Join us as we share God’s timeless message! We are looking for Small Group Leaders and Registration & Hallway Hosts:

Small Group Leaders work together in teams of three for each of our classes during each service:

*We are looking for people to join the teams for Nursery, 2’s, 3’s and our 4’s/Pre-k classes.

*If elementary age kids are your passion, we are currently building teams of Small Group Leaders for our first service to work with K-5th grade (choose from Kindergarten, 1st Grade, 2nd & 3rd Grade, or 4th & 5th Grade).

KidZKingdom staff provides and prepares all lesson plans, materials and training.

 

Registration Team Members work in teams of three for each of our services:

*Registration Team Members and Hallway Hosts provide welcome smiles, information, registration assistance and tours to new families as needed. They also help to ensure a safe environment for children during services. Training is provided to make you a trusted guide to KidZKingdom!

 

We serve our families during all three services and encourage our team members to serve during one service and then attend the main service as well.
