Christ Birthday Offering
A Season of Impact, Improvement, and Inspiration
At Foothills Christian Church, Christmas is not just about celebrating the birth of Jesus—it’s a time to give back, reflect on God’s love, and make an eternal difference in the lives of others. Our Christ Birthday Offering (CBO) is a special year-end giving initiative that invites you to participate in something truly meaningful.
This Christmas, we invite you to give generously to the CBO. Your contributions will help us impact lives, improve our church facilities, and inspire others with the hope of the gospel. Whether you give a one-time gift or plan a special contribution, every dollar will help us make a lasting difference in our community and beyond.
Why We Give
The CBO allows us to come together as a community and pool our resources to make a tangible impact. Last year, your generosity allowed us to accomplish so much, including:
• Upgrading our auditorium with new chairs for a more welcoming space.
• Improving our partnerships with local schools and community organizations.
• Launching life-changing programs such as Weeds in My Garden, which focused on mental health and wellness.
• Supporting local and global missions to spread the hope of Christ.
This Year’s Focus: Impact, Improve, Inspire
This year, we are focusing on three core areas of ministry for the Christ Birthday Offering. Your gift will go toward these vital initiatives:
Impact Lives
• Benevolence Funds: Increase support for families in need within our church and community, helping with food, medical bills, rent assistance, and more.
• Food Pantry: Purchase a commercial refrigerator to expand our food offerings and better serve families.
• Emergency Supplies: Repair and maintain our food pantry’s forklift to help us distribute more food to those who need it.
Improve Our Facilities
• East Atrium Renovation: Transform the East Atrium into a welcoming, multi-use space where people can gather, build community, and grow in their faith.
• Entryway Updates: Redesign the entryways to make them more welcoming and user-friendly for new visitors.
• Comfort for All: Install heaters to ensure our church is a cozy place to worship during the colder months.
Inspire the Valley
• Outreach Initiatives: Equip our church and community to be evangelists, reaching out with the love of Christ to those who need it most.
• Bold Evangelism: Inspire others in our valley to share the hope and joy of Jesus, making a long-term impact in our city.

Total Goal: $150,000!
Giving to Christ Birthday Offering begins December 1 and goes through end of the year.

Step #1: Pray and seek the Lord about what you should do to be generous this season.
Step #2: Talk with your spouse and family about it.
Step #3: Decide how you would like to give.
Step #4: Give thanks for your blessings and the opportunity to bless others.
